Our training is modular, condensed, and exceptionally easy to follow. We won’t PowerPoint you to death and make your day-to-day work suffer.

 

We don’t have a ‘quick hack’ or one-size-fits-all approach. We teach the principles of supply contract negotiation and how to apply them in your everyday work. We use real-world scenarios and readily identifiable examples that’ll teach you how to think instead of what to think.

 

To measure the results of our programme, we created a follow-up capability test. We test competence and understanding before, immediately after, one month after and if you wish, six months after the training to make sure knowledge is retained.

 

With an average retention rate of over 93%, we deliver the lasting change we aim for. If we don’t, and your team’s retention rate falls below 80%, we will repeat the training. Learning is a teacher’s responsibility, not a student’s.
